In light of technical-logistical challenges in Ukraine, we regret to inform you that the Symposium titled "Frontline Resilience: Disaster Medicine in Conflict Zones – Stories from Ukraine" scheduled for March 18, 2024, has been postponed.
Despite our efforts to ensure the seamless execution of this event, unforeseen circumstances have necessitated a rescheduling. However, we are pleased to announce that the symposium will now take place on March 22, 2024, with the same agenda, timings, and speakers.
The Symposium remains dedicated to exploring the complexities of delivering medical aid in conflict-ridden areas, aiming to shed light on the realities faced by healthcare workers through real-life accounts and illustrative examples. Our agenda will encompass critical topics, including an overview of the conflict in Ukraine, clinical case studies highlighting prehospital care, and an exploration of CBRNe scenarios alongside efforts to mitigate associated risks.
