Emergency Training for Public Employees: A Growing SuccessThe European Centre for Disaster Medicine (CEMEC) and the Civil Protection Service of the Republic of San Marino have made significant progress in their joint initiative to train public administration employees. Launched in June, the program is advancing successfully, with one course conducted each week.
This comprehensive training, designed for both new and experienced employees, ensures that all personnel are proficient in the latest emergency response techniques.
So far, the initiative has trained the first batch of employees, focusing on crucial skills such as injury assessment, emergency communication, life-saving techniques, and overall preparedness for any emergency.
With the goal of training 300 employees by the end of the year, this partnership highlights a robust commitment to enhancing the emergency response capabilities of San Marino's public sector workforce.
