CEMEC at the “15th Asia Pacific Conference on Disaster Medicine”

South Korea November 25-26, 2024

We are thrilled to share the incredible experience of participating in APCDM 2024, held recently in South Korea. The conference brought together leading experts and practitioners from across the Asia-Pacific region to exchange knowledge, forge connections, and advance the field of disaster medicine.
CEMEC had the honor of co-organizing and co-chairing the “APCDM Disturbia Workshop”, an innovative tabletop exercise that immersed participants in complex emergency response scenarios emphasizing the importance of collaboration, rapid decision-making, and resource optimization in disaster situations.
Thank to of all participants and organizers, especially Dr. Heejun Shin MD, MS, FIBODM, who made this event a success and look forward to the next steps in strengthening our global disaster medicine community.
