In Abu Dhabi, UAE; over 70 health professionals joined forces with expert instructors to take part in the “Basic Burn Mass Casualty Incident Course”, an intensive training experience focused on one of the most complex and high-stakes scenarios in emergency response.
Powered by international collaboration, the course aimed to strengthen real-time decision-making, resource coordination, and burn care in large-scale emergencies.
The European Centre for Disaster Medicine was proud to take an active part in this mission, sharing knowledge, enhancing readiness, and reinforcing international capacity for mass burn casualty response.
