A Step Towards a Safer World with OPCW

At the Twenty-Ninth Session of the Conference of the States Parties to the Chemical Weapons Convention (CSP-29) in The Hague, CEMEC had the privilege of meeting Mr. Hong Li, Director of the External Relations Division at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).
The discussion focused on exploring new avenues for collaboration between the European Centre for Disaster Medicine and the OPCW on themes of shared interest. This meeting highlighted the critical need to unite expertise and resources to address chemical safety, preparedness, and response in today’s complex global landscape.
